MINNETONKA, Minn. (January 30, 2013) – Digi International Inc. (NASDAQ: DGII) has appointed Kevin C. Riley to the position of Senior Vice President of Sales effective January 30, 2013. Mr. Riley has a strong background of senior management sales success, most recently serving for two years as Senior Vice President, Global Strategic Solutions at Infor. Prior to his time at Infor, Mr. Riley held roles including Vice President and General Manager for UPK Global Sales Division with Oracle, and President of Global Knowledge Software, LLC. Mr. Riley is a graduate of Old Dominion University where he earned a B.S. in Marketing / Management.
With the appointment of Mr. Riley, Lawrence A. Kraft, who previously held the position of Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, will assume the position of Senior Vice President, Marketing.
