Product Roadmap Reviews
Digi recognizes the significance in exchanging information concerning strategic direction and future products. When presenting the Digi Product Roadmap, we will define where we are in product development cycles, as well as future product plans. Product Roadmap reviews will also include a project plan review should Digi have ongoing development and support of your products. The Digi Product Roadmap may be presented quarterly or semi-annually at your request.

Business Reviews
Digi finds it crucial that we obtain feedback from our customers. We encourage "report cards" showing us how we measure to your expectations in the many different areas, including administration, operations and support. Although much of this is done in daily operations, it is often helpful to take a snapshot of how we are servicing you at a given point in time. Your feedback is very important to us and will be reviewed by Digi's management staff. Should corrective action be requested, a response and/or corrective action plan will be presented to you in a timely manner.

Product Evaluation Program
To assist you in your efforts in product qualification, Digi offers our OEM/Strategic partners product at an attractive discount. Evaluation categories can be divided into three types:

  1. New Product Prototype - introduces prototype for new Digi product/product line.
  2. New BETA Product - Beta or pre-production unit for new Digi product/product line.
  3. Production Evaluation - standard product or variation.

You will need to complete a Product Evaluation Request follow the guidelines stated in Ordering Procedures. Please contact your Account Manager, to make arrangements.

Engineering Notification Services
Many times it is essential that our engineering teams operate synergistically toward a common goal. To reach the common goal more effectively, it is important to understand how we must communicate new hardware and software revisions, and implement such changes in a timely fashion. It is Digi's intent to assure commitments are met before and after changing a product. The key to communicating those changes is through your Account Manager. A procedure has been established which notifies your Account Manager of any changes forthcoming to the products you purchase from Digi. This will help prepare your engineering group to schedule the necessary changes and/or testing. You will need to notify your Account Manager how and to what detail you need to be notified.

Training and Seminars
Digi regularly posts schedules of Digi sponsored training classes and seminars. Customized and on-site training is available. Please contact OEM/Strategic Account Sales for more information.

Priority Technical Support
Providing effective customer support in a timely fashion is vital to daily operations and Digi places a high priority in servicing its products. Digi OEM/Strategic Account Partners receive the highest level of priority support at Digi. Your company will be assigned a lead technical support representative who is knowledgeable with your operating environments. Digi Technical Support can focus on the problem, and deliver problem resolutions more expeditiously. In addition, Digi offers a Custom Support Program. Please contact your Account Manager for details.

Whether you private label standard product or offer a customized solution including our products, Digi extends an invitation to join the Digi corporate marketing programs available for OEM/Strategic partner participation.
