AccelePort Xp Universal PCI (3.3V & 5V) multiport serial cards are powerful, highly integrated 80 Mhz RISC processor-based products that deliver the highest level of intelligence and performance available on the market. The availability of two to 16 high-speed RS-232 serial ports per card, the wide array of connector options (DB-9, DB-25 or RJ-45), the small form factor, PCI/PCI-X compatibility, and the industry leading surge protection on each signal provide wide application flexibility.

The AccelePort Xp was designed to further enhance multiuser implementations (retail/point-of-sale, industrial control processing, data collection and office automation) in a broad range of operating systems. It offers an unrivaled feature set and excellent throughput of 921.6 Kbps, bi-directionally on each serial port.
