The XCite OEM RF module was engineered to provide reliable low-cost wireless communications for OEMs and integrators. This affordable RF module is smaller than a credit card and supplies wireless links between devices that require minimal setup, power and cost. The module is optimized to operate in the ISM 900 MHz frequency bands for agency-approved use throughout North America.

The 9XCite (900 MHz) is pin-for-pin and software compatible with the 9XStream (900 MHz) OEM RF module, allowing for flexible deployment of your products throughout the world (only one OEM board design needed). The 9XCite is End-of-life (EOL) starting October 1, 2012. Please re-design with XBee RF Modules. Some may be able to re-design with XBee-PRO XSC (S3B).
