Compatibility Note:
XBee and XBee-PRO ZB Adapters are compatible with other devices that use XBee "ZB" technology. These include ConnectPort X gateways, XBee and XBee-PRO embedded modules, XBee Wall Routers, XBee Sensors, and other products when designated with the "ZB" product name. Devices that do not have the "ZB" product name, including Digi's line of DigiMesh and 802.15.4 XBee products, are not compatible with XBee and XBee-PRO ZB adapters.

XBee & XBee-PRO ZB adapters deliver wireless connectivity to electronic devices using self-healing, self-configuring wireless ZigBee mesh networks. These easy-to-use adapters are ideal for wirelessly enabling sensors, controllers and other devices in legacy wired applications, without the development time required for embedded solutions.
Adapters are offered in externally powered and battery powered options. They are available in a range of physical interfaces, including RS-232, RS-485, USB, Digital I/O and Analog I/O interface options.
XBee products are part of Digi's Drop-in Networking family of solutions, offering users seamless wireless communication between devices. Watchport® sensors provide real-time environmental, spatial and device data across a deployment area. ConnectPort™ gateways enable users to access and configure remote devices in a network.
