Scan Channel Invalid Bit Fields

When attempting to change the SC remotely Connectware refuses to save changes when dealing with bit fields 0, 13, 14, 15. For example the client refuses to allow SC to be set to 0x4000 (channel 25). This SC is valid when modifying both through the ConnectPort X web gui or directly to an Xbee module through XCTU.
An implication of this is even though the SC may have been set locally, no modifications to a radio may be made remotely because Connectware believes this to be an invalid parameter.
