PortServer TS16 DC Cabling?

Folks,

I am trying to gather enough information to allow our company to use the Portserver TS16 DC.
I need to know what the input power connection is on the unit. There is nothing clear on the documentation.

This is what I see on the specs page for the TS16 48 Vdc:

Power Input: Internal dual power supplies, 36-72VDC
Power Consumption: 12W typical
