Problem with vista sp2

Dear Sirs,
we have installed the AnywhereUsb concentrator but the workstation that is running windows vista sp2 cannot connect to the device.
The status is showing :
Connecting to this computer....

Could you help please?

Please upload a screen capture of Windows Device Manager (maximized) with the USB section expanded.

Also, is Windows Firewall enabled or disabled?

The windows firewall is disabled by default.

Thank you.

Now click Edit / Connection List and delete the AnywhereUSB's IP address from there, then close the Connection List. What does the "Status" at the bottom-right say now?
