ZigBee Route Discovery
Harnessing the strengths of the ZigBee standard allow networks to begin using sophisticated mesh network routing in order to efficiently communicate data between remote locations. Because of the low-power attributes of the XBee product family, the range between points is limited, but that range can be extended through the unique hopping patterns that come with a network running the ZigBee stack.
