No RF experience or set-up required
Digi radio modems handle the complexities of RF communication (including modulation, demodulation, frequency synthesizers, amplifiers, filters, FCC approvals, etc.) for you.
Digi has inspired a revolutionary method of synchronizing networked radio modems that does not require the use of master/slave relationships. This technology allows for very robust communications even in the presence of interference and enables flexible network topologies that are not possible with competitive RF modems.
Digi radios require no configuration and provide long range wireless links out-of-box. If advanced configurations are required, the modems are equipped to support advanced functions.
FCC and other government agency approvals
Digi radio modems uphold the rigorous standards of the FCC (United States), IC (Canada), ETSI (Europe) and many other government agencies worldwide.

Transparent operation / Protocol always included
Digi RF modems were designed to operate transparently within the systems they operate. All communication appears to your system as if communicating across directly connected cables - no special preparation of your data is needed. Digi provides true plug-and-communicate wireless capability.
