From start to finish, the project took less than three weeks to complete and encompassed a comprehensive connected solution— from the hardware placed in the fleet of cars to cloud-based solutions.
The solution provided event coordinators with vehicle location and occupancy information through a rich map-based interface on their tablets. The solution provided a great experience for conference attendees as the fleet of connected cars took them to and from Mobile World Congress events. The connected car solution is just one example of how the Internet of Things is being applied to enhance customer service and solve business problems in today’s connected world. Device Cloud and The Social Machine are key enablers that make all of this possible.
