Remote Manager allows you to get information about the hardware and the system installed in your device. This information can help you identify your module. Follow these steps to find that information within the Remote Manager platform:

Log in to your Remote Manager account (https://remotemanager.digi.com).

Select Management > Devices on the left bar.

Click the Device ID link of your device in the table. The device page loads.

Click Settings tab.
Remote Manager displays some device parameters.
