Cannot Log-In to Device Management

Hi,

When I run "Login to Digi Connectware Manager" I can access Server Management fine. But when I click on Device Management all I see is a window showing file dma.jnlp has been downloaded and nothing else happens. This happens when I use Firefox.

If I use Internet Explorer a message box fly's by and I stay at the log-in page.

Any idea's as to what I need to enable to be able to access the Device Management section?

This would seem to be related to Java.

Make sure the correct version of Java is installed on your host. Also, you may need to enable java functionality in your browser settings.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply, appreciate it, especially as it works :-) It would appear that the connectware manager software did not install java as I could not find it in add/remove programs. I did a manual install and it looks good.
