Problem with ConnectME-Modules (download a wrong image)

I have two ConnectME-C modules with wrong IMAGE. The modules do not answer to ftp and I have no JTAG interface. The COM interface is switched off because the APP_DIALOG_PORT is set to NULL. How can I download a new IMAGE on the modules? Is there a reset-methode to set the modules to factory-settings ?

Not unless you've created your own back door in the bootloader. Otherwise, the units are dead. You may be able to get an RMA from Digi, but even they would have to replace the flash (if that's possible on an ME, considering the metal enclosure).
