how to send break signal
0
votes
Our server is connected to a port on Digi CM 32. The jumpstart wont work, the server just keeps waiting for ARP/RARP packet. I'd like to send a break signal to it so that the server goes to ok prompt, how would I do it?
Thanks.

It depends on a few factors:
--If you're using telnet, often the telnet client has the option to send a break.
--Our last two CM firmware releases (1.3.2 & 1.4.0) has a configurable break seq with "~break" is default. In the WEB: **Serial port->Config->Host mode->Port break seq**
