Unable to Backup Configuration

When I attempt to backup the configuration file from a Digi PortServer TS 4 MEI, I receive a cannot download backup.cfg, The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found, error message. We have several of these Digi's and all give the same error regardless of firmware version. I am using Secure Network Security Level and connecting with Internet Explorer. Is there an alternate way to download this file for backup?

An alternate way of doing this would be to telnet to the TS from a Telnet client which can capture. Login as root, default password: dbps. Once logged in, turn on "Capture" in your telnet client, then enter the command "cpconf term". This will dump the config to your telnet screen, which will then be captured to a file.
