Setting mask for incoming ppp connection on PS-TS4

0 votes
I have set up the TS4 to accept the incoming ppp connection (via WinXP network connection). The remote user connects and the username/password are vaidated. The user's IPCONFIG shows the net mask as 255.255.255.255. With this mask, the user cannot connect to any other device on the subnet. Setting the ipmask for the user is not valid with the ipaddr of ippool. It did not seem to work when I specified an ipaddr value. What parameter am I missing?
Thanks.

With the subnet 255.255.255.255 there is no host component.
