Install Realport driver of Portserver Ts 16 on Dell gx270

Question

hello ,i have some trouble on that process:DEll optiplex 270 only have one com port,when i install realport driver,it should start from com2,but on the device managment console,it's start from com3,i can't change the first port map to com2,it does not appear;then i change a computer which have two com ports on it,when i install third TS16,it start form com36,but it should start from com35,what is the problem?

It sounds like maybe com2 on the motherboard of that computer is enabled in the BIOS. If so, you will need to go into your computer BIOS and disable it. thank you for your reply.On DEll gx270's bios,i can not find ways to turn off the second com port,acturally,when i use moxa cn2600 series or comtrol vs1000 on gx270,the are all work well,i think the driver have some problem(i used _p version)
