Sending BREAK through reverse telnet

0 votes

To get a 'go' prompt on a Sun server I normally send a break on the console. Now I have connected all my Sun servers to a PortServerII and reaches the consoles using reverse telnet. How do I send a break to one of those consoles?

Best regards,

Hello Morten,

You will need to check the help information for the Telnet client you are using to find out how to send a "Break". In Microsoft's telnet, you will need to establish a connection, and then return to the telnet command line and use the "send brk" command.
