DIGI C/CON 16 - RJ45 Pin Outs

I need to know the RJ45 pin out for the C/CON16 - CX system, and which direction are the pins numbered. i.e Viewed at the front of the socket or viewed from the rear of the socket. I'm sure this is written up somewhere but I can't find out where.
