AccelePort XEM PCI

I've installed a 16 PCI card on debian OS. No problem with the driver.
The problem that I have, is that I need to set the default baudrate to 9600, P:None, etc (for Cisco console access).

I don't know how?

dinc -1 -8 -N -c -l -C 9600 /dev/ttyxem01
works grate, but there must be an option to specify the default baudrate. At least there is in Windows.

This is puzzling, because 9600/8/1/None are already the serial port defaults in Linux?
