Watchport/V2 MS Windows Live Messenger

0 votes
I am getting a black/static image when trying to video-conference with MS Windows Live Messenger. I have the DirectShow Drivers installed. Any idea what would be causing this?

I am seeing the other persons video-cam image but they are also seeing the black/static filled image.

Does the image also look black/static in Watchport Viewer (our viewer that's bundled with driver installation)?

What DirectShow driver version are you running? To determine this, look at the top of the Release Notes (shortcut on the start menu, in the Watchport V2 Program Group).
