Unable to connect to ConnectPort X4 Web UI

Hi everyone,
i have a new Connectport X4 and i did configure it the first time through web interface but now i can't anymore (the web interface doesn't show up when I enter the IP address of the X4 on my browser. [:(]
i tried with digi device discovey but it didn't work..
Do you have any solution please? this is urgent !

Are you using cellular CPX4?
Are you able to find device is device discovery?

Refer page numberr 244 of the following document, http://ftp1.digi.com/support/documentation/90000832_G.pdf and follow the steps of "Restore a device configuration to factory defaults" then try to find the device in device discovery.
