solved the prob temporary [

installed the esp under the windows xp virtual machine from microsoft.
now it works.
the only thing to think about is that i have very bad experience with this vm. an other tool which works not with 64bit, too, crashes very often with the vm. [
(]
so i will take a look how stable the esp works with this solution.
if there is another solution to run esp direct under win7-64bit please post!
