what is No module named OS

I am getting No module named OS error during the project launching . How to solve it.

I am using static IP address for Connect port x4 as well as for my system. But i don't know why i am getting same error?Please help me. Because i am beginner . So i am not aware of python.

The "no module named OS" error usually means python.zip is not on your X4. You can check to see if python.zip is on your X4 by checking in Remote File Explorer in Digi ESP. If it is not there you can add it to your X4. Go to http://www.digi.com/support/productdetail?pid=3632&type=documentation and follow the directions under General Software - Python Standard Library for NDS-based products only.

download the file from the link, http://ftp1.digi.com/support/sampleapplications/40002643_B.zip and rename the zip file as python.zip and upload to the device. Now reboot the device.
