Hello! Latest firmware for XBee ZB SMT modules finded at ftp://ftp1.digi.com/support/firmware/update/xbee_s2c/ is XBP24-S2C_4023.zip, but on site only 4x1E. Where i can read release notes or changelog for version 4023 ?

Contact Digi people they will provide the release notes if it is released officially.
If they are posting on the website means it has not released officially.
