How can we interface an RCM4000 with an external device like FPGA?

RCM4000 has only IORD and IOWR pins.How can I initiate the interfacing through these pins .How do we specify address bits? I want to assign Chip Select also?

We did this exact thing with an RCM4200.
I can send you code and schematics if you are still needing help.
