A standard USB analog modem is not compatible with the AnywhereUSB product:

However the Digi RapidPort USB modem is compatible.

What about AnywhereUSB® TS? it has also 4 serial ports.
So maybe it will works with rs232 modems?

Yes you could use the TS-44 that provides 4 serial ports.
Basically you install RealPort on the host computer and that provides 4 serial ports to that host computer. Connect the 232 modem and should work properly.
