What is the min and max voltage, for ADC converter in RCM4300 module. and how I program it?

The actual ADS7870 chip only has a range of (-2 V to + 2 V or
0 V to + 2 V). If you use the protoboard, it has an attenuator circuit and you can use a software-programmable gain. See samples\RCM4300\ADC\ad_rdvolt_all.c.
