How to limit search words

0 votes
It would appear that entering multiple search words results in an or function. For example, if I enter "xbee" and "CTS" I get search results having either word in the text.

Is there a way to make it an AND function?

Or to be able to search tags instead of text?

Or just within a category.

Really frustrating.

I couldn't agree more. I find this forum nearly useless without the ability to do more targeted searches.

I'm shocked and very frustrated that I can't searching within particular categories. I'm having to sift through ALL the questions with ANY of my search terms, when I'm only interested in Rabbit/DynamicC related questions with ALL my search terms.

There are thousands of messages in the forum.

The limited search capability renders it almost useless.

Please fix this!
