Anywhereusb 14 high cpu

0 votes
I'm having this problem. Where can I get the beta firmware? I tried logging a support case but it wouldn't let me.

Regarding 2nd generation AnywhereUSBs (all models newer than the legacy AnywhereUSB/5), we have observed that "ARP storms" on larger networks can cause the AnywhereUSB's CPU utilization to get very high, which makes the device unreachable over the network. If you're already running the current release firmware, ask Digi tech support for newer beta firmware which has a change related to this issue that should resolve it.
