how to disable modem status(0x8a) on xbee router in API modeFunction set:XB24-ZB ver:23A7

You have to deal with them.. There is no opt out in API mode.

Otherwise, if you are only communicating raw data with fixed destination, them move to AT mode.

I would need to see the API frame from the 8A message you are getting in order to determine what is causing this. Can you provide that frame?

its the modem status frame (API identifier: 0x8A) when the RF module is powered on 7E 00 02 8A 02 73 (router has joined network).
Is there any way to restrict this frame when the module gets powered on.
May I suggest you read up on the JN command? it should answer that quesiton for you.
