AnywhereUSB/5 M and hypervisors issue

0 votes
I have AnywhereUSB/5 M, I have connected it to the public IP with all ports open on firewall. I have two virtual environments, XenServer and VMware ESXi, I want to connect virtual machines to AnywhereUSB, but I have strange issue. Configuration utility work fine, AnywhereUSB are found and connected, but when I connect to specific port group, nothing happens. When I do this operation on physically machine like windows 7, everything works fine, device are installed and working. But when I try this operation in virtual machines, nothing happens. I try to do this in windows server 2008 R2, 2012 and windows 7. Where cloud be the problem? Is the limitation on virtual environment? I have tried this manual http://www.digi.com/pdf/wp_ESXServer_AnywhereUSB.pdf but no success.
