What is the difference between the DIGI PortSever TS8 and the DIGI PortSever TS8 MEI? What are you missing if it doesn't say MEI on the end?

The difference would be the Mult-Electrical Interface (MEI) capability where you would have RS-422 and RS-485 serial protocol support. The standard PortServer TS 8 only supports RS-232.
