When I program the XBee Pro by using XCTU, chose the wrong Function Set to "ZIGBEE ROUTER/END DEVICE SENSOR" cause now I cannot get any serial communication with the XCTU, please help how I can get back the chip with the communication. Thanks!

Try following the steps described at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fxOqQZD-oaM to reload your firmware files with.
