What adapters should we use for Sonicwall and Nortel Switches on the Digi CM-48?

We have SonicWall Firewalls and Nortel Switches, both have different connectors for the console ports.
The SonicWall's have an RJ45 to DB9-F cable but the supplied DB-9M to RJ45 cable does not work with the Digi CM-48.
The Nortel Switches have a DB9-M console port and I've tried the DB9-F crossover adapters but they also do not work.
Has anyone had any luck getting these devices to work with the CM-48's?

If the SoncWall and Nortel devices are DTE devices, the following pinouts would apply:

If they are DCD devices, the following would apply:
