Problem with payment!!!

I have paid RM60 through online payment to my account, on 30 October, but when i check my bill on OCS, the "previous payment"section still haven't shows that the payment have been made, HOWEVER when i check my transaction on the bank's website, it shows that i really ady pay RM60 to digi account. What's the problem?

Digi Telecommunications, the Malaysian telecommunications provider is no relation to Digi International the American hardware, software and services company.
