Digi Service is not correctly starting?? What to do?

When the device get started its showing the digi service stopped unfortunately. and not starting.

Please give me the Solution for it.

what device and OS? what is issue?

Digi Mx51 android board, having android os, when we connect to that the device shows digi service not able to start.

you mean that when power on the 51 kit, start  android OS, the LCD will dispaly "digi service not able to start"?  would you pls send the log information about the kit output on serial port? maybe some issues with the Android OS, you can update other android OS.
