problem with changing the function set

hello
I've bought 2 XBee-PRO S2B (Product family:XBP24BZ7) and I have a problem with changing the function set.
Both of them have been set in Zigbee Router AT in default.
and i want to change one of them in to Zigbee coordinator AT but when I update the radio module firmware a pop up window (action required:reset your module) appear.
I reset my module but nothing happen and error window appear (Could not get the device information).
please help me

What is the full part number of the modules you are using?
