Consulting a DIGI CONNECT 3G WAN by public IP

Question

My question concerns the consultation of a DIGI Connect WAN 3G

I have configured the digi with a sim card ORANGE (France).
when I test the DIGI on a PC, I have a internet connection.

But I can not seem to access the DIGI by the public IP address by using a computer on another network

The goal ultimately is to connect a IP camera (connected with a RJ-45 switch) on the DIGI and view images remotely

What method are you using to try and access the public IP (HTTPS, HTTP, SSH, etc...)? There may be certain protocols being blocked by your carrier.

For accessing the camera, port forwarding should work:

I tried using the HTTP and HTTPS protocols. neither allows me to access the DIGI

port 80 is redirected UDP and TCP as requested in the manual

Hi there,

I have a similar problem. My Digi is online and replies to SMS, but I cannot access to the Web Interface using the public IP adress, although the status and service SMS tell me that the HTTP services are running and available ...

Any idea what to do?

Is there any other command that I could send through SMS to check if maybe some service is turned off?
