XLR Pro No IP Address Assigned

Hello,
When I connect the XLR Pro Gateway to my network as described on page 16 of the XLR Pro Getting Started Guide, an IP Address does not get assigned.

When in XCTU, if I search for the MY parameter to display the IP address, I get the red alert in the search field and no MY listed in the configuration settings.

I have also tried to pull up the IP address in a browser by converting the last 2 bytes of the MAC address but that did not work either.

Any ideas?

From the sounds of it, your network is not DHCP enabled. I would suggest either checking with your IT Dept. to verify this or check your TCP/IP settings on your PC. You may need to have the IT dept. assign you a static IP address to work with.
