I have a new computer and installed Digi NET+OS 7.5.2 using the same key that I used on my previous computer.
Installation went well, but since this installation, I have no access to new package on both (new and previous) computer.

Updates preferences are the same on both computer and was working fine on previous computer before installing NET+OS on new computer.

Is there something I need to do? Do I need to uninstall Digi NET+OS 7.5.2 from the previous computer.

This must be a network issue preventing your PCs from properly accessing the package manager server

I have the same issue!

Comparing the new and old installations, the new one has 'none' in the license key description. The old one has 'NET+OS Standard ....'. Could be something to do with the problem. I copied the Digi installation (C:\Program Files\...) from the old installation to the new installation and all works correctly!

Looks like a problem with 7.5.2.

It was my firewall blocking access to the packages server.
