I tried to upgrade the firmware of Xbee2 LTH sensor. When the upgrade was in progress the XCTU get restarted. Now the LTH sensor is not powering ON. Please help?

You are going to need to remove the XBee module from the LTH sensor and mount it on an XBIB board. Then you can re-flash the firmware to the radio.
