3g connection loss

Question

Hi,
We have two customers using a total of 3 Digi WAN 3G wich are in the field since a few years.
Recently they are suffering of increasing connection loss, mainly during the weekends.
After a power cyle the units are working again.

Does anybody have any suggestion how to trace the problem?

Additionally, implementing Surelink might help to recover the connection rather than rebooting the router manually:

Hi thank you for the suggestions.
Now I have the unit here and updated the firmware
The problem is that afte a few hours:
- There are plenty of connection
- The cpu is on 100%
- The web frontend does not answer any more
After a reboot it works normally.

I wonder if the hardware is defective.

Do you happen to have another similar model unit that you can install at the same location and apply the same configuration to (by backing it up from the problematic unit and restoring it to the other unit), to see if the problem still happens?
