Windows Server 2012R2:Do not see RealPort Host Controller in Device Manager; Unable to access the AnywhereUSB Web UI

Hello,

I just installed the most recent version of RealPort drivers and the AnywhereUSB Remote Hub Configuration Utility.

The system was restarted after installing the above mentioned drivers and utility.

In Device Manager, I do not see the RealPortUSB Host Controller (IP address of the unit) - 0 nor the
RealPortUSB Root Hub.

AnywhereUSB is listed under Add/Remove Programs.

I am also unable to access the AnywhereUSB Web UI. I am unable to access it from the AnywhereUSB Configuration Utility nor by typing the IP Address of the AnywhereUSB network hub in to the Web Browser.

The AnywhereUSB is reachable via ping.

I disabled the Firewall to see if it is causing communication problems with the AnywhereUSB Web UI but that is not the case as I was not able to reach the Web UI with the Firewall disabled.

I see no utilities that would allow me to troubleshoot these problems.

Please advise on how I can go about troubleshooting/resolving this problem.

How do I go about editing configured COM ports that were setup during the RealPort installation?

OS: Windows Server 2012 R2 with most recent updates.
Hardware: AnywhereUSB/14

I look forward to your response.

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

From this server, are you trying to interface with just (one or more of) the USB ports, or just the single serial port, or both?
