Hi,
I want to order XB24CZ7UIS-004 that has U.Fl antenna. In the datasheet in this section "Design notes for SMT RF Pad Modules" tells about how to use PIN 36 for antenna.
my question is because I want use U.Fl connector only can I left this PIN disconnected?

By all means, if you are not using the RF pad version, you can leave any lines you would need for that version disconnected. That is to say, you only need to connect/use the lines that you need for that specific part number you are calling for.
