What ports must be open for anywhereusb in a dmz

We want to share an AnywhereUSB/14 across 2 separate environments, both have their own VMware hosts and separate VLANs, the only common VLAN would be the DMZ VLAN so we thought of hosting the unit behind a firewall and allow the Windows VMs to connect through to the device. Would I be correct in saying we only need TCP3422 open to allow the Windows OS to see the USB device?

The AnywhereUSB uses TCP 3422 for the connection and UDP port 3422 for discovery.
