ConnectPort X4 3G : Slot 2 always N/A N/A Not connected

Dear
With connectPort X4 3G and 2 sim cards, we can see in "Administration/System Information/Mobile" always Slot 2 with the state N/A N/A Not Active.
We have switch sim card slot 1 to 2, 2 to 1, we have the same result : slot 2 with N/A N/A Not Active.
We have ejected sim card of slot 1; in order to have only one sim card in slot 2: and now, we can see IMSI/ICCID and slot 2 active.
It's normal ???
Best regards.

Hello,

It sounds like you're saying that if you have 2 SIM cards in both slots, the card in slot 2 can't be read, but if you just have a single card in slot 2, then the card can be read. Is this accurate?

What is the serial number of this unit? The serial number might be the MAC address, otherwise a type of electronic S/N such as IMEI, MEID, ESN, so please provide whatever related information you may have about this unit.

What firmware (EOS) version are you running on this unit?

OK, this sounds abnormal to me.  We might be dealing with a hardware issue.  I suggest first re-flashing the firmware (looks like you're running the current version) to see if that helps.  If that doesn't help, I suggest submitting a RMA request through the the MyDigi Customer Portal.
