Connectport X5 - Can't access web interface through Wifi or Mobile

We have a number of ConnectPort X5 units which has been used successfully over the past few years utilizing python scripts to push data to servers.

What we would like to do now is setup VPN functionality so we can connect on demand. Everything works when connected with the Ethernet connection, but it will not work via the Wi-Fi or Mobile connections.

Am I missing something? I've read through the docs, knowledge base, and here and can't seem to find anything that points me in the right direction. Do I need to adjusting routing, or NAT or ???
