We recently received a loaner connectport ts 16 mei for evaluation.

I am having a problem setting this up using industrial automation. For some reason i cannot get more than port one of the digi device to be recognized when trying to set up my message destinations (Routes) when selecting destination settings I should be able to select ports 1 - 16 what is it that I am overlooking here?

When selecting the option to "send messages to device connected to a serial port", you should see a drop down box for selecting the serial ports right below the Protocol selection.

Also, make sure your unit has the latest firmware applied, which is available from Digi's web site.
